Cibolo Studios was designed by multi-grammy award winner, Chet Himes. Every aspect of the studio was built with the musician and engineer in mind. Maintaining strong sight lines between all rooms was a high priority in order to capture your band’s best performance.

LANDIS CHISENHALL - CHIEF ENGINEER/PRODUCER DRUMMER
Landis started playing drums at age 7. During his high school education Landis attended music classes and played in bands around San Antonio, Tx. He attended University of Incarnate Word where he joined the UIW Jazz Big Band. Starting out as a Music performance major, he eventually switched to a music Industries major which introduced him to recording in a studio. As he became more interested in the sound engineering field, his mentor Chet Himes told him about a great program at Texas State called the Sound Recording Technology
Program. He enrolled the next semester at Texas state and continued his college career as an SRT Major where he met James Campbell. Showing similar interests in music they decided to build Cibolo Studios with Chet Himes after graduating
